v     Ring set up must be videoed from the vantage point of the center of the ring, panning each side of the ring slowly enough to see all obstacles.  This video footage must be submitted along with the test run video.  See example of panning around the ring.

v     Video of test run must be taken by a non-participating observer who holds the video camera and follows the team around the ring.  All VALOR agility courses will begin with a table as assurance that the whole run will be captured and the videographer is ready.  The videographer should count down from five after the record button is pressed and then release the team from the table to start.   See example run.

v     Time & Date display should be turned on (if posssible)

v     Video must clearly show handler and dog at all obstacles without obstruction

v     Video quality must be of sufficient quality to clearly see handler and dog

v     If video requirements are not met, video must be re-taped and re-submitted

v     Video must be uploaded to your own YouTube site.  Emailed files, DVDs and tapes will not be accepted or reviewed.
